Manage Your Orders

Overview

Once your job is set to selling, get ready for the orders to start coming in! In this article, we'll review how to find the orders that come in, as well as what to do if you need to make changes to submitted orders.

Locating an Order

Once an order has been placed in your online shop, it will appear in your Orders tab.

What happens to an order after it's placed? In many cases, a paid order will be immediately transferred to the lab you are using in your price profile. In other cases, it could be waiting for Manual Revision or the release of a batch order.

Here is a handy chart for figuring out where an order currently is:

If you have set your job to Manual Revision - rather than going to the lab, orders will be transferred to your Manual Revision tab. You will need to go in and manually release these orders to the lab. If you are using Batch Shipping - orders will be transferred to your Batch Shipping tab until: Manual batch processing: you manually release the batch to the lab. Automatic batch processing: your batch deadline passes. Orders will then automatically be transferred to the lab on the following day.

Changes After an Order Has Been Placed

You should notify our Customer Care team immediately if you need to make a change to an order that’s already been placed. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to rectify the issue, as this is dependent on the lab's processing time.

If the customer has selected the wrong product, please also reach out to us. In this case, the order needs to be canceled and either the client places a new order or you can place a new order in the Order Entry for them.

If an order includes downloads, we are also able to deactivate the download link if the customer has not proceeded with the download yet.

If the direct or batch order has already been transferred to lab, changes are in most of cases no longer possible. Please contact us via phone so we can check the specific case.

The Takeaway

This guide breaks down the journey of your orders — where to find them, how they move through your platform, and what to do if changes are needed. Whether it's manual revision, batch shipping, or direct to the lab, understanding your order flow ensures smooth processing.
