Overview
If you've utilized some blank QR cards during your shoot, you'll want to update the data associated with them in the system. In this article, we'll review how to do just that.
Adding Subject Info
When you open an album on the Photo Management page of your job, you will find the Access Code Actions next to each individual gallery. You now have two options, depending on your scenario:
- Under the Manage Individual dropdown menu, select Add a new student.
- Now you can add the subject's name and any additional info, such as the group or Identifier (student ID).
- In the Access code actions dropdown, click Link this access code to a student.
- Search for or select the student's name from the list, and then click on the blue Link the access code button.
The subject will automatically be assigned to the gallery.
Add a Potential Buyer
You can add potential buyers' names and contact details by opening the Manage Individual dropdown and selecting Add a potential buyer.
Please note: Adding an email address is mandatory. You cannot add a potential buyer with a phone number alone.
