Organize and tag uploaded photos

  1. Upload your photos in Photo Management.
    • Ensure each person’s photos are placed sequentially if each subject has multiple photos. Manual tagging won’t work if the images are randomly ordered.
  2. Tag the first image of each subject:
    • Click the subject’s photo, then underneath the bigger preview, click Add access code.
After clicking the subject, click Add access codes
    • When the pop-up window appears, click Create random access code to add a new random access code.Click the Create a random access code button
    • Click the first image for a subject, then use the QR code icon below the preview to add or edit a code and press the save button. In case you prefer a custom access code: They must contain only letters and numbers - no special characters or spaces.
    • The subject's first image will now be highlighted with a green frame and show the QR icon on the bottom left of the photo.  You can now continue with the first photo of the following subject.
The tagged images now shows the QR icon

Note: Group photos do not require tagging. All access codes in the album will be able to view and purchase them from the online shop.

Pro Tip: Bulk tagging

You can also bulk tag images to save time:

  • Select the first image of each subject in your gallery.
    • On Windows, hold Ctrl while clicking.
    • On Mac, hold Command while clicking.

Bulk select images and click Add random access codes.

Once you have selected the first images for all subjects currently visible, click Add random access code(s). The system will then assign access codes to all selected images at once.

Made a mistake?

If you tagged the wrong subject(s), you can easily correct it. Use the Remove access code(s) option to delete the tags for one or multiple subjects.Bulk select images and remove all their access codes from photos
