GotPhoto partners with a number of major labs across the US and Canada. When you activate a lab partner in your account, customer orders placed through your online shop or manually in your account are sent directly to the lab for automatic fulfillment.
Choosing a lab
When selecting a lab partner, consider the following:
- Supported shipping methods (direct shipping, batch shipping, or both)
- Product quality and turnaround times
- Minimum order requirements and associated fees

If you don't see your preferred lab listed, contact SupportUS@gotphoto.com. We’ll verify whether we’re already working with them and if they can be added to your account.
Activating your lab
Before you begin, make sure you have an account with your preferred lab.
The video below explains how to activate a lab partner. Step-by-step instructions follow:
- Visit the Partner Labs tab on the Products & Prices page.
- Locate your lab and follow its registration instructions to get your Lab Customer ID (if you don’t already have one).
- Enter the Lab Customer ID in the designated field in GotPhoto.
- Activate the lab using the toggle or activation button provided.
