Your GotPhoto account provides you with two different online shops: a proofing shop and a prepay shop. This article will show you where to find their URLs so you can provide them to your organization for registration.
⚠ Please note: Prepay is not activated by default and is generally reserved for customers on higher-tier plans with specific business needs. If this applies to you, and you believe Prepay may be a good fit for your account, please reach out to your account manager. We’ve taken a step back from broadly offering Prepay to enhance and upgrade our Prepay experience in the future. Prepay+ is only available to existing users who already have it enabled.
Regular Shop
To find your shop URL, click the Go to My Shop dropdown on the upper right, and then select Shop as buyer [ Classic Interface: To your shop... → To online shop (as customer)].
Copy the URL and share it with your customers or the organization.
Prepay
To find your Prepay shop URL, click on the Go to My Shop dropdown on the upper right, and then select Prepay shop [ Classic Interface: To your shop... → To Prepay shop].
