Understanding the columns
- The Costs column shows the total of all applicable fees, including Payment Fees, Service Fees, Monthly Fees (if applicable), and Entagged subscription fees (if applicable), as detailed in the Billed Services section of your invoice.
- The Payments column
- US, UK, and Canadian customers billed in CAD: This amount represents the total deducted from customers’ orders, including the Payment Fee, Service Fee, and (for US customers only) the Sales Tax amount. Minor discrepancies may occur due to rounding.
- Canadian accounts that were created prior to May 14, 2025 (USD billing): This amount represents your invoice payment
- The Clearing column shows the total we collected from your credit card or account balance.
- In the US, it aligns with the amount in the "Clearing & Final Invoice Balance" section of your invoice.
- In UK and CA it aligns with the amount listed as "Debit from your account" on the last page of your invoice.
- If you overpaid (this can happen due to pay-ins, refunds, or referral program payouts), you’ll see a negative amount in this column. This means that a payout was applied to your connected Stripe account.
The takeaway
Accessing and downloading your invoices in GotPhoto is quick and straightforward via the Finances section. Keep track of your monthly billing and download invoices as needed in your preferred format.
