To download the original image files in a job or an album:
- Open the Photo Management tab in your photo job.
To download all photos in the job, click the More... dropdown above the list of albums, and then select Download original photos.
To download all photos in an album, click the Album Actions dropdown for the album you'd like, and then select Download Album.
If your download contains fewer than 1000 images, click into the As one file tab, and then click the Download button:
If your download contains more than 1000 images, click into the As several files tab, and then click the Download all button:
When using the As several files tab, your images will be split into zip files of 1000 files each. If a specific download fails, you’ll only need to restart the download of that specific file, and not the entire process.
