Next Gen: Create a Help Request

Table of contents

Overview

There are situations where your Team & Individual (T&I) graphics have already been delivered, but you need changes or extra graphics. This article outlines how to submit three types of help requests to Next Gen's graphics team: name changes, additional graphics, and other types of requests.

Request types

You can submit the following types of help requests through Next Gen. Use the linked guides for step-by-step instructions:

  1. Request name change – [Free of charge] Processed within 24 business hours.
  2. Request for additional graphics
  3. Other requests

Important: Always refer to image file names in your request—not access codes. The graphics team cannot see access codes.

Image guidelines and retention policy

Next Gen stores images for 30 days after job completion. If your request comes after that window, include all relevant files and context with your submission, such as:

  • Athlete name
  • Team image
  • Individual image
  • Logo
  • [Optional] Reference image from the original job (if you want the new design to match)

This ensures your request is processed quickly and accurately.

Note: Some changes require rebuilding the entire team graphic from scratch. This includes:

  • Adding players to a team
  • Removing players from a team
  • Moving players between teams

If your request involves any of these actions, upload all team-related images with your request.

Once your request is completed, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your updated graphics.

The takeaway

Requesting changes or graphics additions from Next Gen is simple. Use the relevant guide, include the correct files, and the design team will take care of the rest!
