We’ve taken a step back from broadly offering Prepay and Prepay+ to enhance and upgrade our Prepay experience in the future.

FAQs
Who is eligible to use Prepay or Prepay+?
Only existing North American customers on higher-tier plans may have Prepay enabled. Prepay+ is only available to users who already had it activated previously.
Can customers choose images in a Prepay setup?
No. In Prepay, the photographer selects the image used for all products in the package.
How do customers select images in Prepay+?
Customers return to the shop after the images are uploaded and select which ones to apply to each product in their package.
Are there upsell features in both options?
Upsells such as additional downloads and package upgrades are only supported in Prepay+.
