This error code appears when your Entagged device cannot connect to your camera. This could be a cable issue, a camera port issue, or Entagged device issue.
To troubleshoot, please try the following steps (If your Entagged reconnects at any point, there is no need to continue with the rest of the steps):
Have you ever paired the Entagged device with a different smartphone/tablet? If no, continue from step 4.
- Have all your photographers turn off the Bluetooth on their smartphones/tablets. Leave the Bluetooth ON only on the device you are attempting to pair with the Entagged device.
- The light on the Entagged device should change from blue to orange.
- Pair the smartphone/tablet with the Entagged device.
- Double-check that your camera's Wi-Fi and USB charging settings (and FTP upload, LAN and tethering settings, if applicable) are turned off.
- Check your camera port and make sure there is no lint or debris.
- Unplug the camera end of your cable just a little bit.
- M Model Users Only: Twist the Entagged device clockwise on its magnetic plug a few times.Test your camera port by plugging in an alternative accessory.
- If the alternative accessory is working, your cable is likely damaged. Please reach out to our Customer Care Team to see about a replacement.
- If the alternative accessory is not working, your camera port is likely damaged. Please service your camera to repair the port.
