If you notice that the number of QR cards in your job differs from the number of subjects on your names list, there can be different reasons, they are linked to changed or updated subject data:
You may have added subjects to the names list after generating the initial QR cards PDF. If so, simply delete the existing QR cards and regenerate them. The current codes will remain unchanged and won’t be deleted; they will stay consistent.
If the issue persists, consider any recent changes you made to the names list or subject data. You might have reused QR codes that were originally generated for a job that was later deleted. In such cases, new access codes need to be assigned to subjects without valid codes in the current job. This can be done in bulk by uploading an additional names list to the job that includes the subjects whose QR cards were missing (Job Settings > Manage Names > Upload Updated List).
