Here are some troubleshooting steps for dealing with FTP upload issues. Before you start, make sure you've followed the instructions laid out in this article: Upload Photos via FTP
- Ensure your username and password are correct.
To check what your username and password are, go to Settings → Photo Upload → FTP Upload. Then, click the Edit button next to the username:
You will find the username and password at the bottom of the window that opens: - Restart your connection to the server.
Disconnect and reconnect to the server. On FileZilla, this is done by clicking the two buttons highlighted below: - Contact support.
