A subject is accidentally linked to the wrong customer.

To unlink a potential buyer from the wrong access code:

  1. Save the customer's data (Name, email, phone number) somewhere outside of the GotPhoto system, as you will need to add this manually to the correct access code.
  2. On the Buyers & Potential Buyers tab on the Customers page, find the potential buyer and select View from the Actions dropdown menu:
  3. On the following page, find the incorrect access code and click Delete under the Action column:
  4. Under the correct subject, select Add a potential buyer under the Manage Individual dropdown menu, and then enter the buyer information you saved. Click Save.
  5. If you notice the error once a parent already accessed the shop (i.e., a customer notified you that they are seeing images of a child that isn't theirs), ask them to sign out of the shop, delete their cookies, and sign back in again.
