Overview
Within GotPhoto, you can give your customers the option to pay more to download certain photos. In this article, we'll review how to set up this upselling feature.
Options
You can offer your customers the following upselling download options:
- All Photos Ordered in the Package: Customers can pay to download all the images in their package.
- All Individual and Group Photos Available for the Selected Code: Customers can pay to download all the photos (individual and group) associated with a specific access code.
- All Available Photos: Customers can pay to download all the photos (individual and group) associated with ALL access codes entered.
- All Individual Photos Ordered in the Package: Customers can pay to download all the individual photos in their package (No group photos).
- All Individual Photos Available for the Selected Code: Customers can pay to download all the individual photos associated with a specific access code.
- All Available Individual Photos: Customers can pay to download all the individual photos associated with ALL access codes entered.
Setup
- To add this upselling option, navigate to Settings → Price Profiles → Select a Price Profile (or Create a Price Profile):
- From there, add a package to your Price Profile and select Additional Downloads With this Pack under the Options dropdown:
- Select which upselling download option best suits your package and needs, and and set a price for the upsell:
You do not need to Save this configuration at any point — the system will automatically detect any updates you make to your Price Profile.
