The Job Statistics Tab

This article reviews the Statistics tab for a specific photo job.
If you are looking for information about your overall account statistics, click here.

The Job Statistics tab is located within any of your photo jobs. Here, you will see detailed insights into the performance of your photo job. The view is divided into different sections:

Info, Revenue, and Payment & Costs Overview

At the top, you will see a detailed summary of relevant data, such as the number of logins, average order value, and total turnover of all orders. Click the Export button to download a CSV or XLS file of your Payments & Costs.

  Quick Tip

The "Other" section of the Payments & Cost section accounts for costs unrelated to Service, Production, or Shipping Fees. Payments listed under "Other" are Stripe Express fees (payment fees), editing service fees, refunds, disputes (charge-backs), and personal orders. You can export the Payments & Costs export to find the exact costs under the description column of the export. Alternatively, if this is a recent job, you can look up these costs under your Account summary in your account settings.

Funnel Analysis

Next is a funnel analysis based on all persons with access. Here, you can see what percentage of people have logged in up to that point and how many have left their email. Finally, you can see the percentage of people who ordered.

Orders Flow and Timeline

At the bottom of the page, events are displayed over the course of time in an order flow diagram and a timeline section. This gives you an insight into the results of your order at any time.

Looking for a specific event? Use the filter on the right (Marked in blue above).
