This error appears when your camera is off, or the Entagged device gets knocked out of place. Before trying further troubleshooting, make sure your camera is indeed on (We all have those moments!). If the connection doesn't re-establish, please try the following steps (If your Entagged reconnects at any point, there is no need to continue with the rest of the steps):
- Check your fit: Make sure that the plug end of your Entagged device and cables are all inserted all the way into their respective ports. If your camera port has a flap to cover it, make sure it is not touching your Entagged device or cables (You may need to remove it to get a good fit).
- Check your plug (N1 and N2 models only): Remove the Entagged device from your camera and place it on a flat surface with the plug facing upwards. Try to (gently) wiggle the plug. If it wobbles in place (almost like a loose tooth), your Entagged device is faulty. Please reach out to our Customer Care Team.
- Check your camera port (N1 model only): The 10-pin port on some Nikon cameras may occasionally be a bit sensitive. Try gently turning your Entagged device clockwise as it's plugged into your camera. If this restores functionality, this means there is an issue with your camera port. Please seek attention from your preferred camera lab.
If these steps do not restore functionality, please reach out to our Customer Care Team.
