If your Product Package contains more downloads than are available for a subject (e.g., the package contains 5 downloads, but there are only 4 photos of the subject), the system will fill in the extra download spaces with duplicate images. If a customer tells you that they received duplicate downloads, please check and see how many downloads were included in their package, and how many photos they have available.
