I need to upload some more photos after my initial upload.

If you have already uploaded photos to your photo job and now find yourself needing to add more (Such as in the case of makeup days or reshoots), simply follow these instructions:

Scenario 1: Adding a Few Photos

In this scenario, you are looking to add a small number of photos to an existing gallery. Your job is either set to "Planning" or "Selling".

  1. Within the subject's gallery, click the "Manage individual" button, and then select "Upload more photos":
  2. On the following screen, click the blue "Choose photos to upload" button and select the photos to upload:
  3. Click the blue "Start Upload" button.

In a few moments, the thumbnails will appear in the gallery.

Scenario 2: Adding Many Photos

In this scenario, you are looking to add many photos for different subjects in a job with activated access codes.

  1. If you are using the Lightroom or sFTP Upload, make sure your job is set to "Planning" (And not "Selling"). If you use EasyUpload, your job can remain in selling mode.  After uploading the images and activating the access codes, you can switch the job again back to selling. No additional emails will go out to customers, as the event "When a job is switched to Selling" already happened when you activated the job for the first time.
  2. Create a new album within your job.
  3. If you use our resorting feature (resort photos based on group or teacher or group/teacher scheme), you can resort them in step 3 of the activation process (expert setting); this way; the images will be automatically moved into their correct albums.
  4. If you use the web upload, the new album that you created will automatically be set as inactive after you have activated the access codes.  Customers would not see the image from that album in the shop. Therefore, make sure to activate the album under Album Actions → Activate album.
  5. If you would like to reach out to customers of the new retake album in order to notify them that their pictures are online, you can create a newsletter.
