Upselling: Add Prints with "Download All" Purchases

Overview

Within GotPhoto, you can allow your customers to add discounted prints if they purchase downloads. In this article, we'll review how to set up this upselling feature.

Setup

1. To add this upselling option, navigate to Products & Prices → Price Lists [ Classic Interface: Settings → Price Profiles] and then select Edit under the Actions dropdown menu next to the price list of your choosing. You can also Create a Price Profile):

2.  From there, add Download All Photos to your price list and click the + symbol beneath Upselling:

   Finally, select which prints you would like to upsell and at what price:

   You do not need to save this configuration at any point — the system will automatically detect updates that you make to your price list.
