Price Profile Settings

Once you have created a Price Profile, you can easily edit its settings from within the Price Profile Settings page.

Please note: Not all of these settings are visible by default. If you do not see a setting you are interested in your account, please reach out to our Customer Care Team, and we will be happy to assist you with activation.

  1. Open the Price Profile you would like to edit by clicking on it within the list on the Price Profiles Settings page.

  2. Click the Actions dropdown in the upper right corner, and then click on Settings:
    Price Profile Settings
  3. You can modify the following settings:
    1. Name of price profile: You can change the name of your Price Profile here.
    2. Purchase of a package is mandatory: When switched on, this setting will require customers to buy a package before they can add individual (à la carte) items to their basket.
⚠ Note: This setting applies to all albums in a respective job, regardless of if a different price profile is applied.
    3. Order threshold: Here you can set a minimum order value that customers must reach to complete a purchase.
    4. Apply per access code: If the purchase of a package is required, you can indicate if this requirement should apply per access code or not.

      Example: Parents Purchasing Separately

By ticking this box, the first parent who places an order will have to purchase a package before they can access the individual items, but the second parent will not. That's because the first parent has already "met" the buying requirement for that child's access code. Alternatively, by not ticking the box, both parents will need to purchase a package before they can order à la carte items.

      UK Customers Only:

Direct shipping to your customers/Postage by you: Change this setting if you would like all orders from this Price Profile to be shipped to you (and not your customers). You will need to post the orders yourself. In most cases, Batch Shipping will suffice, so leave this setting as it is.
  4. Click Save.
