Overview
This feature allows your customers to purchase extra images when they select a "single-pose" economy package. You can offer a low-cost single pose package, and customers choose any additional images they want to buy. This guide walks you through setting it up.
Setting up additional poses upselling
You can enable this feature to encourage customers to add more images to their package. The video below shows the process (starting at 2:24), and written instructions follow.
Step 1 — Locate upselling options in your price list [price profile]
In each price list, go to the upselling options section under each product package. Use the dropdown to allow extra images if the package is set to "single pose." This option is not available for multi-pose packages.
Step 2 — Set the price for additional images
Once the upsell option is enabled, set the price per extra image. Customers will then see an option in the shop to add more poses to their savings package.
Step 3 — Customer experience when adding poses
We are concentrating on the New Online Shop Edition 2025: Customers will first select a pose that will be applied to all products within the single pose package. Subsequently, they can click on the product images in that package, click "Customize", and will be prompted with the option to enhance their package by adding an additional pose. They may choose any other photos from the gallery at the price you have established. The total package price will update instantly.
