Overview
There are instances where your T&I graphics have already been created, but you need some changes, or additional graphics. The guides listed in this article outline how to submit three types of Next Gen help requests: Name Changes, Additional Graphics, and Other Requests.
Request Types
With Next Gen, you can submit three types of help requests. Click on each guide for step-by-step instructions on how to submit these requests to Next Gen's graphic team:
- Request Name Change (This request type is free of charge and handled within 24 hours on business days)
- Request for Additional Graphics
- Other Requests
Important: Please always refer to image file names and not to access codes when opening a help request, as the graphic team can't see the access codes on their end.
Once your request has been finalized, you will receive an email with a link to retrieve your new graphics.
