Add an Automated Communication Campaign to a Photo Job

Overview

Once you have created an automated campaign, it's time to link it to your Photo Job. The campaign you select here will apply to both Prepay and regular sales, since it’s purely dependent on the triggers being used. In this article, we'll review how to add a campaign to a Photo Job.

⚠  Important: If you have uploaded a names list with customer contact data, certain Prepay triggers could be activated by saving your job settings. Always make sure you are happy with your campaign and the triggers you are using before you add a campaign to a job and save your settings!


Setup

In the job Settings, under Step 4 - Communication Profile:

  1. Select your campaign from the dropdown menu.
  2. To the right, click on Show profile if you want to review the communication profile's triggers and settings.
  3. Save your changes.
